I started writing CGI scripts in early 2000, creating them in Perl to
run on some Linux hosted webspace I had at the time.
Due to Microsofts attempt to takeover over the webserver front, ASP seems
like the better choice of web tool scripting now for me, especially since my
current webspace is MS Windows Hosted and allows me to run some ASP scripts.
The two Perl scripts contained here were written back in 2000 (though
I've repackaged them and added new headers), so I most likely can't remember
anything about them!
I have written the ASP scripts in the last year, and use many of them
on my website to provide added functionality.
